for Shipping and Delivery

General Rule


Single Garden Estate is committed to excellent customer service to provide the best possible shopping experience for our clientele. Please review our order and shipping instructions carefully. Your order will be processed and shipped according to the schedule you have selected and MUST be delivered on time. All sales are final and products cannot be returned. Exceptions for returns may be made in special cases if shipping dates are not met; those returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Please carefully review the Perishable Products and Return Policy. We strongly encourage you to follow the instructions to avoid any errors when placing your order.



Order Placement


All orders can be processed online and/or by calling our Customer Service line at 1-888-860-9095 or by emailing orders. You will receive an automatic notification with your order number and delivery date; orders that are received on Fridays will be shipped out on the following Monday. Before confirming your final order, please be sure it is accurate. Please delete unwanted items from your shopping cart, add new names and addresses, and update any addresses that may have changed since your last gift shipment. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to inaccurate name and/or address information that was provided. For your convenience, you may register and create an account where you will be able to track your orders, review your history of purchases and browse other useful information about our products.



Shipping Services, Perishable Products and Return Policy


All orders will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground or USPS according to your request. Charges are based on UPS/FedEx published rates and restrictions. All non-standard and over-sized packages may result in higher shipping fees. If your order requires international shipping, please contact our customer service department for accurate shipping and delivery quotes.


Due to the hot weather conditions during the summer and from late May through mid-October, we insist on shipping all chocolate products with additional packaging and overnight shipping methods to ensure a safe delivery, regardless of the shipping destination. An additional $50.00 to the standard shipping and handling rates will be added to each shipment to cover these expenses. Please contact our office to explore alternative selections if this becomes too costly.


Our chocolate products are perishable. It is important that we have the information we need to deliver your order ON TIME to you and/or your recipients. Incomplete, incorrect or missing information can result in major delays or spoilage. It is very important that we have current, complete and correct shipping addresses to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or products sent to recipients who are not available to accept the package or refuse delivery. If we accept, or are made aware of, a returned or refused product, we will contact you as soon as possible. In order for us to reship your product, you will be charged the full cost of the item, plus shipping charges to have the product reshipped. In order to guarantee freshness, we will not ship the same returned perishable product a second time - an entirely new product will be shipped in its place. Please take the time to double-check all shipping information prior to placing your final order.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. Under approved circumstances, we will accept company checks.
